Who could possible have expected a Michelin chasing chef at a campsite? Unfortunately I did not take a photo of the baby squid with garlic I had on my first night. It was so good I came back for the Takaki and Cod Confit. The ice cream and coffee were delicious. On Monday afternoon I went to the restaurant to book a table for the evening, the young waitress asked if it was for 2 persons, I said that I was alone and she asked me why – when I explained she came around the counter and hugged me for five minutes and said I would not be alone in this restaurant.
The tuna and Gyoza were my lunches at La Lula in Salamanca and I picked up some biscuits in La Cure Gourmande.
Salamanca!!!
